About the mandir & where it is
BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dadar is one of Mumbai's most-visited Swaminarayan mandirs, standing at Swaminarayan Chowk in Dadar East — postal address Dadar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400014. Families come here through the year for darshan, for festival celebrations and for family ceremonies, and the surrounding lanes are lined with pure-vegetarian eateries and small shops.
Because Dadar sits at the centre of Mumbai's rail network, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dadar is one of the easiest temples in the city to fit into a day's travel — you can arrive from the suburbs, spend time at the mandir, and continue to Siddhivinayak or South Mumbai the same day.
Darshan and aarti timings are set by the mandir itself and change on festival days, so we deliberately do not publish a schedule here. Please confirm timings with the mandir directly, or ask us at reception on the day of your visit.
